Google Now

Nexus 4 comes with the latest version of Google Now. It brings you just the right information at just the right time. It shows you how much traffic to expect before you leave for work, or when the next train will arrive as you’re standing on the platform.

It also shows reminders/ information about upcoming flights, restaurant reservations, hotel confirmations and even nearby photo opportunities – when and where you need them.

Voice search

This is Google's answer to Apple's Siri and you will not be disappointed by its performance. Voice Search allows you to speak your query and get a response immediately. Google can speak back to you, delivering a precise answer powered by the Knowledge Graph.

Gesture Typing

Composing messages and emails is easier than ever with this Gesture Typing keyboard. You have to just glide your finger over the letters to compose emails or texts in a snap. The keyboard also anticipates and predicts the next word you’re looking for. Type with one hand and you can finish entire sentences in a flash just by selecting suggested words.

Photo Sphere Camera

Quickly switch between taking photos, videos, and panoramas. To help pictures look their best, the Gallery includes a powerful photo editor. You can crop and rotate pictures, set levels, remove red eyes, add effects, and much more.

On top of these add on features you will also get standard Google features like Google maps, Google Play Store, Gmail, Google+, Google Search which you can find on any other Android phone.

This phone's price is very competitive and it is launched with official price of Rs 25990 on LG stores. But if you order online you can get it for as low as Rs 24200.

Our take on this phone

If you want to have a phone with latest of Android then you must own this phone! With its 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB RAM you can play any game that is ever created for an Android device. As the tag line of Nexus phones say 'The best of Google', it has all the features in it.

The only thing that we do not like is camera quality. Even though it has 8 MP camera it is not par with its competitors. But apart from that there is nothing in this phone that will restrict you from owning the beast (with beauty of course!)
